Error rates have returned to normal levels. Anthropic has been successfully restored as the default provider for all users across the platform.

Our investigation into the elevated error rates within the request processing pipeline is ongoing. We can confirm that no data loss has occurred during this incident.

We are observing elevated error rates from Anthropic’s API. Request processing remains unaffected as traffic has been switched to OpenAI.
